We received fantastic customer service from Carol and felt very welcome when we were looking around. We were shown around all the items we were interested in and were told of addition discounts.

Dreams were recommended to us as we were looking for a tempur bed But we didn't expect the service we got from the minute we walked through the door Carol was amazing and helpful and very friendly we decided to buy a whole bed frame etc after this all went through for the sale we couldn't thank Carol enough and Lynsey helped to explain all about the Tempur Mattress the pillow and protector we were very very happy customers when we left and will defiantly recommend them at Ransomes retail fabulous Ladies

The assistant beast very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, he was very approachable and catered to all of my needs without hesitation, I really cannot speak highly enough of him. The product is excellent and has everything I require. I really cannot wait to get in to my bed and enjoy it.

Lynsey was fantastic with the service she gave me told me all about tempur and dispelled some of those miths, a truly enjoyable experience I'm now looking forward to my good nights sleep

Two members of staff assisted us with our purchase. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. The process of payment also was quick and efficient. We were impressed that we were given a mattress protector as an extra.

As we enrered the store we were approached by a chirpy young man who greeted us in a welcoming manor he asked how we were and if he could be of any assistance of which we were glad of the help as our last bed was brought over 20 years ago. Harry explained the layout and all the types of mattresses that were on display and them recommended sum which were to our needs. Harry found us the perfect mattress and have since had the best nights sleep ever....thank you harry...
