I had a good experience I was allowed to try as many mattresses that I wanted. I explained what I wanted and I was advised as to which mattress to try.

The Lady had great knowledge of the product and knew what she was talking about. She had a great attitude and was very pleasant to deal with.

The assistant was attentative and genuinely listened to our needs without having the hard sell

the lady that helped us was very efficient, knew her products well and we were able to try different matresses and make the correct choice. there was no feelings of being a nuisance and hurried.

we went to the ipswich branch at europark and were served by carol. we had seen the bed we wanted but it was too much so were going to see if it was in the sale which it was but still a bit too much, however the customer service that was offered and the deal we were given was so good we decided to buy the bed then and there. we entered the shop not actually planning on buying the bed that day.

The sales assistance was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all the time to think about the product I was going to buy

We were approached when we walked in but in a very subtle way, not pushy as my husband hates this. The lady listened to what we said and then gave us options and talked us through them but left us alone to try the different mattresses and decide in our own time. She also made us a great cup of tea! Everything was explained clearly and precisely and we never felt pushed into buying anything we didn't want. Just waiting to enjoy a good nights sleep when we get our mattress.
