Dreams - Ipswich

It was very clear to see the differences between the products as opposed to another store that we went in. We felt comfortable to be able to try the product and then were guided with any questions we had.

We were served by Lynsey and found her most polite and helpful and the price paid for goods was most acceptable including a substantial saving.

Friendly service and good sale prices.

We were served by Carol at the Ipswich branch and she could not have been more helpful. An agreed delivery day was agreed and we went away happy.

It was our first visit to dreams and although there was plenty of opportunity to speak to staff with any queries we did not feel under pressure to make any purchase and we given freedom to look around at our leisure.

Carol was high attentive without being pushy for a sale, her knowledge and genuine words towards the dreams company and the products she was selling is reassuring in a quality purchase

We went, with our 2 young children to look at mattresses, staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgable without being overbearing & great at chatting to the kids so we could take our time to look properly at things with worrying about them! We came back the next day to make a final decision/purchase & staff (Carol) remembered us & made the whole thing stress free & easy, we even had a cup of coffee! Thank you would most definitely go there again for other products.

Carol was extremenly helpful. She was friendly without being pushy and left us to make up our own minds but helped with information. The other staff in the store were friendly and entertained our children while we were deciding which item to buy.
