Dreams - Ipswich

The manager, Linsey was excellent. Quick efficent service gave me just what I wanted.

We went to Dreams Ipswich to buy a memory foam mattress. Within minutes of walking through the door a very friendly lady named Carol met us. After asking what we were looking for she showed us the various options available and also us both a drink while we were looking. She wasn't pushy at all and allowed us time to make up our minds. After we made a decision she processed our order very quickly and efficiently, which included arranging a delivery date and collection of our existing mattress. We were made to feel very welcome and would certainly come back again.

The Staff were very helpful. and i felt important as a customer, from the time we went into the store until we left we were made very welcome. Carole and Lynsey went out of the way and beyond tomake us feel welcome and were very happy with there service they gave. I wish all stores i visit were like this one, shopping would be a dream to do. Please can you make sure that Carole and Lynsey of the store are commended for there outstanding service.

The knowledge of the colleague and helpfulness

I made a mistake when giving my details. When I realised this (10mins later) I went back to the store. No problems at all and the change was quickly made. The delivery of the product was almost textbook. I received the phone call as explained and the removal men happily moved the pictures on the wall before carrying the matresses up and down. The whole business was completed in half an hour. Brilliant.

This is the second mattress we have bought from Dreams, 5 years ago we were also served by Lynsey and have found her service, knowledge and friendliness to be spot on, the mattress is a little expensive but we hope to be getting what we pay for, the wait for delivery is only acceptable due to the product being made here in the UK to order.

Friendly and helpful advice

We were extremely satisfied with the amount of help and patience given to my partner and I from Shane. Having never bought a bed before, and now realising just how expensive it can be! Shane was extremely helpful and listened to our needs, we gave him a rough budget of £1000 and we weren't disappointed, slightly over our budget we found the perfect bed and suitable mattress for ourselves. We weren't pestered, or having to put up with a sales pitch, were offered a complimentary tea or coffee by a fellow colleague. I would highly recommend any friends or family to visit in future and I'm really looking forward to new bed being delivered!
