very helpful staff - we were served by carol

carol the assistant was very helpful in assessing the needs of our teenage son. We were provided with refreshments and Carol went through everything very thoroughly with us.

The salesperson who dealt with us was called Harry. He listened to our needs (I have a problem with walking now, and our previous bed which was purchased from yourselves is now far to high for me) and was able to advise us and indeed show us several options to choose from. His advise about the mattress was first class. He was very polite and patient and we comfortably made our own choice without feeling pressurised in anyway.

The lady who served us automatically greeted us with a smile and when we asked her for what we were looking for she took us straight to the product. We said we were looking for a foam rolled mattress where she showed us the ones that were out and directed us to the seconds of this type of mattress. She advised us on memory foam toppers as well. we purchased a second rolled foam matress for £104 and we were advised of the care to opening and also allowing it to rise. Overall lovely service and lovely employee.

The sales gentleman came up to as I was looking and told me all the details I wanted to know about the mattress I was interested in. He introduced me to the sales assistant when I had decided to make a purchase. Carol was very proficient, chatty and smiley and couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the order number as another assistant pressed the computer key for her order at precisely the same time as Carol. So there was a slight delay to re-enter my details. Again your staff were very apologetic, they couldn't be faulted. Excellant rapport between staff and staff and also staff and customers.
