I am Steven Thompsons sister, he is mentally and physically disabled. He is moving to a new home with 24hr care on hand so, buying a new bed was quite important for him it took quite a while, but we got a nice one for him. Our assistant was very helpful so we managed to get him one delivered within a few days.

Lynsey understood what I was looking for and directed me accordingly. She was very knowledgable and professional.

Carol was most helpful. She knew the relative merits of each type of mattress and explained clearly which type she thought would be best for our son. She was, for example, very understanding of him sitting on his bed while watching TV or playing on his games console, and demonstrated the edge distortion each type of mattress to help us make our decision. She worked hard to accommodate our delivery requirements, and explained the Dreams warranty. She also explained the care regime necessary to get the maximum life from the mattress.
