The lady who served us was Carol and she went to great lengths to ensure that she understood exactly what we wanted and explained a variety of options that were available. We were able to see the various items available and 'road test' them.

Ease of shopping for product sought. matched 'on line' price of product from other suppliers that had free delivery.

A very pleasant shopping experience. So pleased we decided to go to Dreams first because the range, both in products and prices is fantastic. We were shown round by Lynsey who assured us we could take as long as we liked to view the items on display and by all means lay on any bed for as long as you like. No pressure selling here and even offered a cup of tea! It is a really excellent idea to have a 'trial' period for a new bed or mattress, I think this was as long as 40 days. Free delivery was arranged for a specific day and from the time we left the store we were kept in touch to ensure us that this was the day our purchase would be delivered. Then to make it even better we were told that we would be given a 2 hour time slot for the delivery. Sure enough on the day we had a phone call, before 10am as promised, by our delivery driver. During this time our purchase was delivered by Paul and Alfie, again super service from friendly, smart and helpful men. Altogether a DREAM experience, just hope our sleeptime lives up to this standard. Well done to all of those involved.
