Great customer service, very friendly staff (Vicki) who spent time with us to understand our needs and didn't "over sell". Really pleasant experience.

My parents have been using dreams for the last 20 years. As I was looking for new bed they suggested we tried Dreams again. We can not fault the extremely helpful and friendly service we recieved. Carol who served us spent so much time really ensuring that we got the correct bed and mattress. At no time did we feel pressure to buy extras for the bed but the information she gave us helped us with the purchase. The next day we had to changed the delivery date and Cathy helped us out so much. Yet again the staff were so friendly and felt that out purchase was really important. I would recommend Dreams to my friends.

I'm highly satisfied because I had an excellent sevice. I was looking for a matress and expecting to be confused and not sure about which one to buy but wasn't like that. It was explained to me about what was the best options. I have to say that Gerrell done an excellent service. He is really professional, friendly and I think he is a good employee. Gerrell and the others members of the staff made me feel welcome to the shop. Keep the amazing staff and keep doing a good work 😀

Your colleague, Carol, was very helpful and extremely friendly and efficient. She did not 'crowd' us but left us to look round and only approached when we asked her to. This was a very much valued approach as there is nothing worse than be 'hovered over' when looking at items.

The shop assistant Gerrell made our bed buying needs very easy he was very professional at all times and made every effort in trying to get what we want. Hats off to Gerrell. Thank you.

Cant put a price on a good nights sleep.Vicky went above and beyond to help,with her help and knowledge made the process easy from the moment we walked into the shop,nothing was a problem to Vicky and with her expertise we got the ideal mattress and a very nice king size bed and headboard.

We were very happy with the standard of knowledge from sale assistant. We told him what we're looking for and he was quick to point us in the right direction.
