Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who provided information beverage and considerable time in getting the right product for my needs

The person who looked after me in store was called PJ, he was extremely pleasant, well presented, knowledgeable of the products and allowed me to shop around the store in my own time after finding out on the Dreams in store bed to see which mattress would be suit me. The other members of the team Liam and Carol where just as welcoming and very polite

Could not ask for a nicer staff

The assistant was clearly available as soon as we walked in. He waited for us to come to him without us feeling pressured to talk to him. He was very helpful and answered our questions without hesitation. He managed to include some pillows in our order and managed to give us some further discounts. So, all in all, highly satisfied. As mentioned the only problem appeared to be through your website, which said the bed we wanted to look at wasn't available in any of our local stores. However, when we went to the store (to look at the mattress which it said was available, but the single one which we wanted to look at wasn't there, the double was!) the bed WAS there. We may have not bothered to go if it was just the bed we wanted to check. The assistant also told us about the Christmas period when the website gave wrong closing times, 18.30 instead of 20.00. This could be losing you customers.

A wide range of beds available, able to select one suitable for our needs

We went in (on recommendation) to see what was available and to use the trial bed which works out what is best for you. We were not intending to make a purchase just yet. We were well served and shown the beds recommended by the device - and your colleague reminded us to bring the covered pillows from one to another. We decided on a mattress and the finance available was attractive so we made our purchase.

We were looking for an adjustable bed & Liam who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about the whole range & explained the differences. between the models. Liam was very friendly, helpful & polite & as I am disabled took his time & did not try to rush us. Having selected the bed we moved on to choosing the mattress & again Liam was extremely helpful & moved mattresses so we could try different mattresses on the bed of our choice. We were offered drinks during our visit & found the whole experience extremely pleasant. I thought Liam was extremely good and a real credit to your company.v.

The young gentleman by the name Johnny (J.P.) was very courteous ,friendly and knowledgeable about the items I want to order and in the end he explained in details that i can CHANG THE DATE FORWARD for my DELIVERY and the shop manager is extremely helpful as.

The sales assistant Lewis was very pleasant and spent a lot of time showing us different types of mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely go back and purchase again and recommend to family and friends.

Marnie was very efficient and dealt with us quickly.
