First class service - staff on hand to advise and comment on the mattresses. Did not feel pressurised and provided with space to make a decision. Once choice made completion of the sale was swift and efficient.

Carol, the lady who served us, was very friendly and efficient and I felt at ease while I was choosing the right bed for me. As I wanted a 2'6" bed it was a little more difficult to sort out which one I wanted as there was not so much choice in that size.

My wife and I saw the bed we wanted almost imeadiatly. But the staff at Dreams, Ipswich, were very friendly and gave us time to browse and calmly come to our final decission. Once we had made our choice, the procedure to finalise the purchase took very little time and the lead time for delivery was surprisingly short. Thank you to the staff at Dreams of Ipswich. My wife and I are looking forward to our first good nights sleep in our new bed.
