Carol was very helpful from the beginning to end of my looking around up to purchasing. She was very knowledgeable with the products & aware of my needs. She didn't come across as over powering or out to make a sale but with a constant smile on her face & always there to answer my questions. I am very pleased with my purchases & pleased for Carols help as i feel i might not have made the right choice without her. The sale was very quick & simple with no fuss involved, just how i like things. Also delivery is quick. It was a pleasure to shop on a Sunday as i don't usually like shopping for big things that require the correct decision. Highly satisfied customer.

I was the only customer on a Monday morning and lyndsay was the only staff member on shift! She was very helpful and gave me a reasonable deal (the best she could) . I was happy and got a bed at the end of it so a good visit all in all :-)

We were looking for a medium priced mattress that was not too firm or too soft but included a top layer of jell or memory foam. All of these were available to try for comfort, durability and movement. The highly satisfied marking was given because we were able to sensibly test the mattress by monitoring what happened when the bed was laid on, sat on roughly, and when roughly turning over during simulated sleep.
