The staff were friendly and knowledgable, the order was processed quickly.

Our assistant Carol was very helpful and friendly, giving us product information and other customer experiences. Carol also gave us time to explore the product (Tempur) ourselves feeling comfortable and not rushed or forced into buying. We were provided refreshments and made to feel at ease. Carol was very natural yet well informed of the products and procedures of Dreams. We are very excited to receive our new mattress. We will also be returning in the future for other products.

The members off staff were available and honest without being pushy. The lady who sold us the matress (Carol) was very nice and able to interest us in the products but let us decide for ourselves giving us all the information she could. I would definitely go back to dreams again and recommend it because the experience was very pleasant and we didn't feel like we were jumped on as soon as we walked in the door which can be off putting.

Lynsey helped me as soon as I got to the shop. She was so patient and made me a coffee. She knew about the products and was not pushy at all. I spent over an hour making up my mind and she never left me but was not in my face.

Carol & Lynsey were very knowledgable of the products and helped us make the right purchase.

Although the staff member was very helpful, he was not pushy and gave us time on our own to chat privately.
