The experience overall was very good, the reason for this is because the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful, he was friendly , understood my needs and really went the extra mile to ensure i had everything i needed. Great service, friendly , helpful, would highly recommend

The member of staff, Lynsey was very welcoming and certainly knew her products. She was very friendly and guided us to exactly what we needed. We shopped at Dreams on recommendation by another member of our family who had obviously had a good experience when shopping there.

We were met by the smiling face of Lynsey who immediately made us comfortable .She was very knowledgeable and shew us some very suitable beds for our requirements.Coffee was offered and greatfully accepted. our experiance was very pleasant and Lynsey very good at her job.

My wife was complaining of a bad back and we put it down to the mattress so our daughter recommended Dream's as she bought a new mattress from you last year. So we decided it try your store and were very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of all you staff within the Ipswich Branch, they even offered refreshments while we were trying different beds and although very helpful they were not constantly pestering you which is something I like when shopping, time for me to decide if it's what I want before I decide to buy. I'm not one for staff pestering you every two minutes and in this store they do not do that which is nice. Once we decided on the item we wanted the member of staff whop originally offer assistance sat down and we had done our purchase in 15 mins and were on our way, we even had a little banter with the staff over football teams, but all in all a great experience and I would highly recommend Dreams.

I came in to buy a bed and a mattress and within a short period of time this was all done.

I was served by Lynsey who allowed us to take our time and answered our questions in a friendly and helpful manner. I liked the fact that she wasn't pushing us to buy but allowing us to browse and try out beds in our own time. I was pleased, too, with the speed of availability. Only having to wait for 7 days for a new bed and mattress to be delivered is excellent. I thought that being offered a cup of tea/coffee whilst waiting for paperwork to be done was lovely. Made the whole experience very relaxing.

I was completely overwhelmed on walking through the door. But the help I received from Carol was exceptional. She listened to what I needed and led me through all the options with a thorough explanation in a knowledgeable and friendly way. I found what I wanted within the budget I had.
