Just very helpful but not to pushy or I would have left as I know was I was looking for and don't need people trying to sell me things I don't wont and waste my time, so very pleased with Carol.

The staff were friendly but not pushy and we were left to make up our minds and approached them when we needed advice and found them to be very helpful

Lovely shop with a new assistant called Sue , who if she didn't know an answer to a question. She found out. She was one of the main reasons my husband and I bought our bed.

I have had no experience of buying a mattress before my visit. Your assistant Lyndsey, was very knowledgeable regarding what kind of mattress might suit my needs. She was very helpful and pointed out various mattresses that would be appropriate within my price range. I just hope the experience I receive with the delivery is as good.

The assistant was extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we were given a cup of tea and left for awhile to discuss what we wanted. When we decided on our purchase everthing was dealt with efficiently and quickly. We were even encouraged to try the bed and given pillows, extremely good service

The non-pressured, relaxed atmosphere coupled with the employee's excellent knowledge and advice made for a great experience. We were unsure of what to look for in a new mattress and bed and thanks to Linsay and Shane we now look forward to peaceful nights. I have cancer and my wife is 8 months pregnant so rest is essential for both of us. We are delighted with our shopping experience
