Gerrell was fantastic! From the moment I walked in the door, Gerrell welcomed my daughter and I and was amazingly knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with my whole experience of coming into the store! Would definitely recommend to all I know!

Gerrell, customer advisor was extremely helpful and friendly from the outset, but without making us feel pressured. This is very important to me, because if I feel pressured, it tends to put me off and would likely make me leave the store. Gerrell asked what we were looking for in a mattress, and was able to direct us to the type/ firmness etc section of the store we needed to be looking in. He supplied us with pillows... Which I later purchased...to help make the experience more realistic, and offered us drinks. To be honest, bouncing around on a bed in the middle of a shop is quite an uncomfortable/ embarrassing experience, but Gerrell made us feel at ease, explained everything in enough detail, and once we had agreed to purchase the mattress, continued to be extremely helpful.

The store had a full range on show, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got great advice on products and left there extremely happy customers I would definitely recommend this store to others the staff are fantastic big thumbs up

Both my partner and I were highly satisfied with the service we received today. The sales assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the benefits of the different types of mattresses. I get very hot during the night and when I explained this she immediately pointed us towards the pocket sprung mattresses which I was very grateful for as we were considering a Tempura mattress. The sales assistant was also very personable and not in anyway overpowering which can be very off-putting in the larger type stores. All in all it was a very positive experience and we would definitely return to the Ipswich store if we were looking to buy again. It was also very apparent that the staff at the Ipswich store had a very good working relationship which is always nice to see.

Carol was helpful chatty and fun, we were greeted helped, but not pushed, shown what we required, given choices and given time to make a decision. A very pleasant experience.

Carol the sales assistant was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses that was shown to me. It was refreshing not the feel rushed into making a purchases, I would definitely recommend carol the anyone I know whose looking for a bed or mattress.

Assitant offered help but was not too pushy. When I then wanted more adivce her input was helpful and knowledgable without being too pushy.

The staff within the store were welcome and friendly, and there were very understanding when my 2 year old daughter had a little play up when you ask them to try and sit still when they are tired but want to play they were welcoming to her too.

We visited the store Harjit was very attentive, and helped us with our purchases, as a result we purchased bedding, duvet, mattress protectors and also purchased another bed too.
