Gerrell was very helpful with assisting me when I went to the store. He was very helpful with explaining the difference in the mattresses and gave me time to test them out to decide which one I preferred and he remembered exactly what I wanted after I had to nip home to get the credit card then go back to the store.

Your sales rep Gerrell had the perfect balance of attentiveness and elusiveness, meaning that he catered for our needs (including a cold drink which was a nice touch) whilst also giving us space to discuss and evaluate our decision in our own time. He very quickly narrowed down our options based on our requirements and we ended up with just the right product at a reasonable price. therefore we were highly satisfied

My partner and I came in to store with the intention of buying a mattress but were limited by cost. We were given all options available and offered the best value that our budget allowed. Very happy.

The sales assistant was very friendly and was able to provide information on the bed which we then purchased. There was no hard sell and we were given plenty of opportunity to make a decision. I was very impressed you the level of service which we received,

on arrival at the shop we were greeted by staff, shown options so that we could best satisfy our requirements. the whole process was quite painless, the staff were friendly and helpful and the price was right.

Gerrell and Lyndsey went out of their way to help us, we had been in a serious car accident and needed a new bed because of the severity of our injuries, they both took so much time with us considering we couldn't move that well. we were offered refreshments.

Carol was amazing, she was friendly , helpful and very knowledgable. She was kind as well and offered me a drink straight away when realising I had a cold. She advised us on pillows, mattresses to suit hubby and I and a new bed base. A lovely bonus was getting 10% as my hubby is military. We took away 2 pillows that were on sale as ex display, with no pressure to buy the full price ones. Delivery times were arranged to suit us and when we decided to split our purchase to base now and mattress later in the year that wasn't an issue either. Top notch service

We where very satisfied with the service. The assistant name was carol so helpful nothing was to much Trouble. The advice my wife and I received was excellent. We tried the matteries first . Then the deds. Now the headboards.plus a drink. We would definitely recommend this dreams.
