Dreams - Ipswich

On entering the store we were not immediately 'pounced upon'. The sales assistant made it clear she was available if/when we required any help. We were offered refreshments which was lovely considering how long it takes to choose a mattress and kept my son happy. After being shown & advised on the products that met our requirements in our price range we were then left alone to make a decision without feeling pressurized. All staff we very friendly and chatted with us whilst the order was being placed through the system, they even wanted to keep my son in the store as he was entertaining everyone. We have still to receive our order (due 23rd) but I'm sure everything will be in order. I would say the only critiscism is that we were not offered the option of having our old mattresses taken away, I understand our budget was being kept in mind but we have since discovered that bulk waste removal in our area is more expensive so with hindsight I would've asked for this option.

Carol from your Ipswich Branch served me. I didn't go to the shop until gone 6pm, but was treated exceedingly well. I had an idea what I was looking for & she pointed me in the right direction giving me full details of the products & a welcome cup of tea into the bargain. I was not badgered into buying the mattress I chose & was given 'space' to decide what was best for me. The Manageress was also there & she was also very helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend shopping at Dreams.

Sales assistant Carol was very helpful and friendly, putting us at ease whilst we tried to find a bed to suit our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the different mattress types, bases and colours available. She even managed to talk my partner round to mattress protectors - thanks!

The lady in ipswich who sold us our kiddies bed was lovely. (Sorry can't remember her name!) She took the time to help us and to talk to our 5 year old, lovely lady and super service

Carol was genuinely friendly and gave us the time to look, try and choose the products. She had good knowledge and encouraged us to try different mattresses without just pointing out the most expensive. There was no pushy sales talk or false friendliness just sound advice to allow us to choose the right mattress for us. Because of the good service from Carol, we decided to buy a second bed while we were there as well. Very pleased

The sales person Carol was very friendly and well informed and found the best solution for me without encouraging me to buy things I didn't need. And she made me coffee. Great service.

There was a wide range of beds on display and the assistant (Harjit) was very patient and helpful regarding advising me into viewing and trying out the best options to suit my needs.
