The salesman Harry was very knowledgeable, he gave us the right amount of time to walk around, he wasn't too pushy and was able to answer all our questions. He made my fiancé and I feel very welcomed and relaxed. We will highly recommend Harry and the store.

Good customer service, found what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

Carol the assistant who helped us was extremely helpful , we explained what we were looking for and the budget we had in mind and she showed us what was available with explanations between the different mattresses she showed us . She wasn't pushy in the sale at all and gave good advise .

The shop assistant Sue was very at tentative tou our needs and even offered us refreshments whilst we shopped, she helped us choose a bed and bought over some better pillows for us to use when testing the beds, her product knowledge was good and she didn't try "the hard sell". What an extremely easy and pleasant experience.
