Gerrell who served us was excellent. He was an extremely presentable and knowledgeable young man and couldn't do enough for us. He spent lots of time discussing the products and allowed us time to make an informed choice. This is the 2nd time we have used this store and we are never disappointed with the service we receive which is why we return and would definitely recommend to others.

Very knowledgable assistant & I took my memory foam matteress with me & the assistant carried it to the car for me :-)

I went to the store to look for a wardrobe. On entering the store Carol welcomed me and asked if I needed help or would I like to look round on my own. If the latter she would be available when I was ready. This suited me very well as I wanted the opportunity to browse first. When I was ready Carol gave me her undivided attention and was very informative and knew about the wardrobe in detail. I was more than happy with the service and the pleasant way that I was served also I was offered a tea or coffee! I think Carol is a professional and it was a pleasure shopping in Dreams.

Carol was very attentive and engaging with assisting us. She was genuinely interested in ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and did everything possible to help. The store was laid out very well and the range of mattresses available was made very clear. Staff knowledge was very high and we were made to feel comfortable and at ease during our visit. We will be returning soon to make another two purchases!

The member of staff who dealt with us was friendly and knowledgable, he was very patient while we tried numerous beds and always available to answer our questions. The store was tidy, well laid out, the other staff were all courteous also offering us a drink on more than one occasion. Overall it was a excellent shopping experience.

The assistant, Gerrey, was brilliant, friendly, helpful, couldn't do enough for us. And we've wanted a Tempur mattress for ages.

From the moment we walked in the store website felt welcomed, we were greeted with a Hello and do you need any assistance? He then called over a colleague who met our expectations of knowledge and helpfulness. The assistant was helpful , polite and explained everything. The speed of ordering and choosing a date was done with ease. Very pleased with your staff and there level of service.

I look service and if we had received we would have gone to bensons but as Carol was serving us with first class service we bought our mattresses straight away
