Amazing staff, amazing product, great environment

I came in with my 94 year old mother and she had a very good and professional experience in helping her choose the right mattress for her. A kind lady called Carol serviced us and she even gave us a bottle of water, she was most helpful because my mum couldn’t move very quickly so my mum felt safe with the lady who served us. So thank you very much Dreams, I would be very happy to shop there again and recommend to others too

The staff in the store were extremely friendly!! We were very pleased with the service we received in store. Although we knew exactly what we wanted, we still had questions on the bed we were looking to buy and Vicky was very knowledgable! She was a huge help!

Cathy was so helpful and listened to what we were looking for and we tried out the special computerised bed which made some recommendations for us. I was surprised Cathy was able to show us ones in our budget and we came out with something we would never have considered but felt like we also had a bargain deal. We also upgraded to the warranty deal and bought a new pillow! Delivery was only 3 sleeps and now we have our new mattress already. They even took away our old one so no hassle at all. Will be having an early night as we can’t wait to try out the new mattress!

The lady was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I told her that I had a hospital appointment very soon and would be a quick visit. She didn’t bombard me with irrelevant information and she didn’t try to make me her new best friend. She was friendly, quite funny but efficient and that’s all I needed. Thank you.
