We were very impressed with the helpful attitude of the 2 staff who served us, Gerrell & Harry, at the Ipswich shop. They had a very helpful and understanding attitude. Even though we did not realise that the store should have closed at 18.00hrs and our purchase was not completed till 18.30hrs they did not rush us, in fact could not have been more friendly, and helpful.

Found the sales guy very friendly, he said that he had not been at dreams that long,I found his knowledge about mattresses was gd. When I went into the store I did not know what type of mattress I needed as over the last 3 yes I have had a back op,and hip op,explained this to the sales guy and he helped me through the buying of a mattress
