We came looking for a new mattress, a task that I thought would take us a long time and a lot of shopping around. I was very pleasantly surprised when we left the store that day taking with us just what we were after having bought it at a price we were very happy with. The trouble with shopping for things like mattresses is it's something that most people do very infrequently so there is no "I usually buy these" scenario. With the range of different mattresses on offer these days it could have been quite daunting - various spring types, foams, topping materials, degrees of firmness etc... Your staff , Carol and Linsey at your Ipswich branch, helped us greatly explaining the differences and giving us the opportunity to try the various combinations. The whole experience turned out to be quite enjoyable.

Upon entering the store, we were immediately approached by a member of staff,Gerrell, and from the moment we spoke to him, he put us at complete ease and was very knowledgable with the product that we wished to purchase. We were taken to the manager who along with Gerrell sat us down and proceeded to give us every attention. Coffee had already been served to us by another member of staff. The eventuality was that we confirmed the order there and then and we very much appreciated the time that they gave us and the politeness of all the staff. The pleasantness of Gerrell welcoming you at the beginning is a bonus and we would say that he must be an integral member of the staff when greeting customers.

All of the staff were very welcoming. Sue who sold me my bed and mattress was very help and made the process very easy. I was happy with the delivery dates they were able to offer me and the price of my purchases I believed to be very reasonable.

Very friendly and helpful, Gerrell came over and answered all my questions and gave advise on what matress would be suitable. Very happy with the customer service and would recommend to friends and family. Great choice in store of frames and mattresses!
