Sue was friendly and helpful and had got the balance right between attentiveness to our needs without being overpushy which I find offputting, and makes me not want to buy. The product was available in store to take away same day which was what we wanted. There was a good atmosphere in the shop between Sue and her colleagues which made us feel comfortable. Sue was going to carry the mattress to our car for us, and then a male member of the team offered to do so instead which showed the strong teamwork between colleagues. All staff were friendly and easy to talk to. We purchased a memory foam mattress which I hadn't had any previous experience of and was quite sceptical about! However, with Sue's encouragement and knowledge we went ahead. Sue explained your 40 night comfort guarantee which gives peace of mind - but my 10 year old son is so happy with his new mattress and has never been so excited about bedtime!

The staff were extremely helpful, showed us everything we needed to see from a bewildering choice. The mattresses were explained clearly and we were able to spend as long as we like trying them out which was the most important thing. We did not feel under pressure but when we were ready to place the order it was done swiftly and efficiently.

The staff in the store made us feel welcome from the time we entered the store. We started off by trying a few of the beds and we were given the time and space to do this....when we had narrowed down what we were looking for it was like the colleague, Carol, had sensed this as she then asked if we would like help....she asked what are needs were and and recommended which mattress to try...she was honest and caring and made our experience such a pleasure.

Excellent service and made to feel special with all staff. Harry and Lynsey were outstanding and understood all of our concerns. The store was bright and cheerfull and very well laid out.

We were met and greeted in the store by a gentleman who was informative and helpfull, without being to pushy on the sale, we were helped to make our own decision on the products available. While we did all the paperwork we were offered hot and cold drinks while we Sat which was a nice touch, a good over all experience!! Keep up the good work dreams!
