everyone in store were very helpful without being pushy , dealt with very quickly and pleased with the time scale of delivery, lady who dealt with my order very efficient and pleasant to me , would tell family and friends to try dreams ..

The type of the product with bought matched our requirement only the 10 week delivery could have been a problem however we are happy to wait .

We returned to this store to buy a mattress after looking around other bed sales outlets because of friendly and knowledgable staff, number of products to try and 40 night trial offer.

The purchase of our beds was a far more pleasant experience than we anticipated. The sales staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. All our needs were met, including the offer of a hot drink on a wet and dreary November afternoon. As we are pensioners we really appreciated this kindness! The store is well laid out and the different types of mattress were explained to us as well as the three options for under-bed storage. We look forward to the arrival of our new beds and would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this store.
