The type of the product with bought matched our requirement only the 10 week delivery could have been a problem however we are happy to wait .

The purchase of our beds was a far more pleasant experience than we anticipated. The sales staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. All our needs were met, including the offer of a hot drink on a wet and dreary November afternoon. As we are pensioners we really appreciated this kindness! The store is well laid out and the different types of mattress were explained to us as well as the three options for under-bed storage. We look forward to the arrival of our new beds and would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this store.
