Excellent service what more do you want

Very knowledgable sales staff and attentive and helpful. Not too "in your face" - initially approached us to offer help and introduce himself then left us to look around on our own until we had made a choice then answered questions. He helped us with info about mattresses when asked which made our choice easier and he did not try to sell us items that we weren't interested in. When choosing new pillows he was also very helpful with info about the products.

The product we were looking for was easy to find with a selection to choose from. My daughter was very happy with the choices and was able to test them out without any trouble.

Very friendly staff..offered tea or coffee when we walked in.

The assistant was honest and open with us, the availability of the beds to try was helpful as you cannot make a full decision by booking online, the range of beds available to try meant we could make an informed decision

Very pleased... we had a list of shops to visit and purchase a replacement mattress to replace or 20 year old mattress...Dreams was the first stop.. the wife laid down on the first bed and said 'this is perfect, we do not need to go further' Being a bit more careful I asked questions and Sue from Ipswich store and went over everything with us... the decision was not changed and the purchase was made.. Very pleased,

We were welcomed into the store by a young assistant who referred us to a colleague who could help with our enquiry. We were first seen by a lady who after indicating the type of mattress we were looking for left us to weigh up our options. Your colleague Harry then came to talk to us. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained the construction of the mattress which we then ordered. We appreciate that there is free delivery and that your driver will help us with packing our old mattress and will take it away.

The staff offered our children's chocolate coins and although it was only a day after Christmas so not needed it was a nice touch. We were offered a hot drink but didn't require one. This is the second time we have been to dreams for our families beds and have been very happy each time we visit the staff are always friendly and offer alternatives to our needs

All the assistants were very friendly when we entered the store and the Lady that helped us - Sue - was very knowledgeable and cheerful
