The staff were very friendly & polite. They gave advice and guidance where needed and the space and time as well to browse without interruption. There was never any bother when we had a question about the products and their knowledge was excellent.

We were greater as soon as we went in .it told them what I wanted and they sorted straight away

the sale assistant Carol was very helpful and friendly explained things to us so that we could understand The store was offering tea and coffee or soft drinks which I thought was a nice touch the choice was very good which covered all price rangers

The assistant Sue that greeted us was very polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. We were offered a hot drink and a mince pie and the children were offered a chocolate while we placed our order.
