Dreams - Ipswich

Walked in and had no idea what we were looking for, salesman camestraight iver and volunteered his help. Explained what we needed a bed for and he showed us the beds we would interested in and then went through the mattresses and explained about them. We decided on a small double but we're still not sure, the gentleman then showed us a bed that was a small double. I normally buy in line, but was so impressed with the customer service that we brought the bed and mattress from Dreams.

We were able to select what we wanted from a wide selection. We had help when we needed it and were left alone when we were making up our minds.

Nothing was to much trouble the staff were more than helpful and very friendly not pushing a sale, Carol the sales assistant gave me many options and didn't feel under any pressure.

I walked in spoke to someone. Had a small wait for a computer system but other than that all over and done with in minutes. Friendly chap who gave me what I wanted with minimal effort.

The staff were very approachable and knowledgeable, but were not pushing for a sale they let me get on with it until I needed assistance They were also very good with my little boy who loved trying all the beds out! Very happy with the matress purchased

Carol was a friendly and helpful store assistant. Not at all pushy and although one of the 2 beds was only available online, she was able to answer all our questions about the bed dimensions etc. A genuine nice person and as a result we bought 2 beds and a mattress.
