We have purchased many items from Dreams in the past and have been highly satisfied with the quality, price and helpful assistants.

The sale appeared to be genuine and for such a large ticket item, we saved a fair amount of money. Also, the staff were amazingly helpful, cheerful and all worked well together to give us an overall excellent experience.

As we had some specific needs the assistant was very helpful in suggesting the appropriate mattress for us. He was helpful and informative which enabled us to make an easy decision.

We made three visits, one just to browse as we weren't ready to order. The next was to price up things we wanted and the third visit (after we had compared prices with other shops/internet) to actually make the purchases. Your sales person was made aware of our different intentions on each visit, understood and gave us his undivided attention on each occasion. He gave the impression that our complete satisfaction with our ultimate choice was as important to him as it was to us. He was the ideal salesman, not pushy, not on your shoulder the moment you walked in the shop. He was there if you needed him and he knew his stuff about the product and delivery times. Should we need to make similar purchases in the future your shop will be the one we visit.

On entering the store assistants could be seen clearly but allowed me the time to take a few minutes to look around before approaching. The help given was relevant to my needs and, again, I was given time and space to make choices before obtaining more detailed information when required.
