Dreams - Ipswich

The saleslady was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and we didn't feel pressured. We were able to take our time choosing what we wanted, would have no hesitation in returning to Dreams in the future.

Over two visits, a week apart, I dealt with Carol who was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. On both occasions she dealt with our queries in a professional manner and assisted us with our decision-making regarding the headboard.

I received a friendly welcome, was offered a cup of tea and my order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only issue is not being able to see what have purchased

We were met by a friendly Assistant who asked us if we needed any help. He answered all our questions, offered advise , showed us the range of products available and did not pressurise us to make a purchase. We were able to try and choose our purchase at leisure

You were the first shop I went into and you had exactly what I wanted, a two in one guest bed. I had per chased from you before and had been satisfied

Very helpful staff on hand when you needed them but no pressure. Plenty of time to try out products. Given a variety of pillows to try out with beds. Nice cup of tea.

After a bad experience with another bed store, choosing a bed was becoming an effort and a pain for me. I had to visit Dreams several times and the staff were always welcoming and really lovely to me even though I couldn't make up my mind. Lynsey and Harry kept a smile on their faces and made me feel welcome. I didn't feel silly about my repeat visits to the store because they made me feel so welcome.

On my initial visit, Sue was very helpful and friendly. I then came back to purchase the items a few days later and received equally good service from one of her colleagues.

i took my mother she is in a wheel chair we got a cup of tea on made for us and the staff were very friendly and helpfull

The member of staff was very friendly, didn't put pressure on me to buy and explained everything in full.
