Your staff were excellent...we had only gone in to "test the market" and came away with two new mattresses. Carol in the Ransomes store in Ipswich made us fell both welcomed and valued. Her knowledge of the products was encyclopaedic

We came to Dreams specifically for a mattress, with not much knowledge of what we required. Dreams was able to advise on the best mattress for us which was super comfortable and suited our needs

The young man who served us was friendly courteous professional and very helpful. nothing was too much trouble for him. He answered all our questions showed us the products we were interested in. My wife and I felt he was interested in serving us and helping us find the product we required. I wish other stores showed the same interest in us when we are seeking assistance in buying items. He also had a good sense of humour and put us at ease when asking questions and not treating us as idiots which we have experienced at other stores.

As soon as we entered the store we were met by several colleagues asking if we were okay to walk around alone - I appreciate this as personally i suffer with anxiety so being 'badgered' by sales colleagues can make me anxious. We were left alone to try the beds until we asked for help in purchasing one - the colleague who helped us, I believe her name was Carole was very informative and helped us make our choice with which finance option we wanted to use.

The customer service was fast and precise. The assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of options and time to think and experience. He took our thoughts and opinions into consideration when choosing the right mattress and pillows for us.

From the minute we walked into the store we were treated as if we were the most important people in the store.We were given a full explanation of how they would come up with a recommendation of the mattresses that would suit our needs and we were not pressured into buying the one we did. We were offered a bottle of water which we gratefully took advantage of.
