The assistants were helpful but not "pushy", and made us feel at ease. The paperwork was done with the minimum of fuss, and everything was explained very well.

I told the man what I was looking for He went through the different products with me and did not rush me at all. The process was good.

Staff very accommodating and welcoming, with no hard sell approach and a friendly atmosphere instore. I felt I could take as much time as I needed and nice to be givena drink whilst browsing. Good range of beds and reasonable promotions on the day I visited. Delivery time was quicker than some other bed stores.

the sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy. having been in sales all my working life you tend to be very critical on how you are approached but Sue was brilliant and I certainly didn't feel pushed into my purchase which why I have given your ipswich store such a high rating. also so nice not to have to wait long for the mattress to be delivered

We have used Dreams before when we bought our last bed in 2011 which is why we went back to buy our new bed. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable about the products on sale. The colour coding of the mattresses made it easy to choose the ones to try out. It was good to try the mattresses before we bought. The pricing gave clear details of the storage options available for the bed bases.

Carol who assisted us with our purchase was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The saleslady was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and we didn't feel pressured. We were able to take our time choosing what we wanted, would have no hesitation in returning to Dreams in the future.
