I always popping in because im changing my mind and the staff in ipswich always make time for you give you advice and then i walk out and confuse myself as information is amazing But this time i went im and they must of thought she wont buy but they gave me great service and i was only in there half a hour because the product were right for me So to the staff in ipswich i notice they treat all the customers the same even if they dont buy

The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very friendly and didn't rush us at all. The store was bright and airy and laid out well, we managed to look at everything we wanted to without any hassle

Because we had visited one or two other showrooms who didn't have as much choice as Dreams. Also, the assistants were very helpful without being completely in our faces! Thank you

This is the second time I've bought a mattress from dreams Ipswich and I returned because I was so impressed with the service the first time. Harjit was excellent, I cannot fault his customer service. Not at all pushy, listened to our requirements, gave us plenty of options across the price range and gave us space and time to find out ideal mattress. he was so friendly and helpful. I chose dreams as you sponsor the Fostering network and we are foster carers, but the service (both in store and delivery) is excellent which means I will be coming back in future and recommend to friends, family and other foster carers.

We found the experience overall to be of the highest order . A simplified way to buy a mattress !
