Dreams - Ipswich

Carol listened carefully to my needs and immediately showed me a bed which seemed to meet them. She and the other female staff then set about ensuring the bed would be able to be delivered three days later (crucial for me). I didn't feel pressurised, just very well assisted by all and order was put through and paid for. Carol had suggested I need a headboard to go with the bed but I couldn't see one which was within my price, However, after ordering the bed I spotted one but didn't like the covering. Carol then explained that it could be covered in a fabric to match the bed, so I placed a separate order (which will be delivered after the bed, which ois oit a problem)

Dreams was recommended by my daughter and I could understand why..... immediately I was made to feel very welcome and offered assistance straight away. I was kindly offered a tea, coffee or cold drink. That doesn't happen very often! They were extremely knowledgable about the products, therefore, I had no hesitation in purchasing from Dreams. I purchased on Interest free credit and the paperwork took very little time to complete. I have not had the delivery yet so cannot comment on that part as yet but I will get a two hour slot on the day of my choice. I was given several days to choose from. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, everything easy to view.

Due to my disabilities with hip and knees it was vital that I had expert help with chosing mattress. I got great help from both assistants.They knew which sortof firmness to advise .

I knew most of the items I required, mattress and headboard but needed help/advice on the type of base. The staff were extremely professional, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to order exactly what I wanted.

Gerrell at the Ipswich store was a fantastic help. I visited the store 3 times before placing my order and each time he was always there, smile on his face ready to help me make my choice. On my last visit he talked me through each mattress on offer and even helped me pick the perfect pillows. Gerrell could not have been any more helpful and made the whole process stress free and enjoyable.

Assistant in store very friendly and knowledgeable. He obtained the sale. We saw another product similar in another store. We felt very well looked after and would shop,again at dreams. Also spent time with us going through various mattress styles.

Competent, friendly staff and ease of arrangement of delivery

Our sales advisor, Carol was really lovely and easy to talk to. She gave us space and time to explore the mattresses but every so often came and checked that we were ok. This was great as we knew she hadn't forgotten us and wasn't putting pressure on us to buy. She even got us a coffee! The mattresses we were interested in were all of a high standard that we couldn't decide what to get!
