Assistance whilst in the store was very good, speedy sales transaction and very good at sorting out delivery date. I have since received an email regarding the sale and a message to confirm my delivery date. Good customer service.

We first visited store and were seen by Eric in Bury st edmunds. We had no idea what we wanted but Eric helpped by clearly explaining the products in a clear way and made us feel comfortable. When we came to order we couldnt get to Bury so went to ipswich where harry was efficient and friendly. Perfect really. Nothing more needed both pure gentlemen

Good selection of beds to choose from, Harry was a friendly and knowledgeable assistant, even made us a cup of coffee. A very satisfactory buying experience and would be happy to return to the Ipswich store should I need any further purchases

Carol who helped us was so bubbly and friendly and very approachable. She had immense product knowledge and made us feel like the mattress was the best purchase we've ever made. She took her time in helping us decide what sort of mattress we would like and she was extremely patient with us considering we were in there for over an hour deciding.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and allowing us to take time to talk amongst ourselves to make a decision.

The friendly staff very helpful left us to look round or there when we wanted more information asked if we wanted drinks as we took so long deciding what we wanted. Giving different options with mattresses.

Carol assisted me in store and she was very knowledgeable on how different beds were put together and this assisted me in making my choice. I had seen a mattress online and Carol again identified the mattress straight away which allowed me to look at it and try it for comfort. Once I had made my choice the purchase was processed and availability of my chosen products and delivery time options were outstanding. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was served quickly and efficiently. The staff member was very knowledgable and recognised me from previous visits when choosing beds for other people.

We were impressed with the freindliness of the assistance and of the staff member who dealt with us.
