Dreams - Ipswich

we visited the Ipswich branch... interested in an electric bed we were given excellent information on the four types available we were impressed that dreams had such a range for us to try out. Staff were friendly and helpful but also gave us time to decide without being pushy or hovering over us they could not have been more helpful even made us a cup of coffee we were served by Gerrell Harris such a lovely young man. There were many different options with the electric bed. Nothing was too much trouble for Gerrell if he didn't know the answer he went to ask his manger and checked options online. Also had help from a lady think she was the manager also extreamly helpful. To be honest the staff are an asset to the company they are lucky to have such wonderful staff.

The salesman made what I thought would be a dificult choice easy. His patience, knowledge, friendly demeanour and professionalism made what may have been an arduous talk simple and what's more, pleasurable. In spite of some indecision on my part he maintained his dignity and patience and was thoroughly helpful throuhgout.

Carol was very intuitive with our needs and guided us to our dream bed within a few minutes of us being there. She also helped us find the right pillows. She couldn't have been more helpful. We realised the Superking size wouldn't fit up the stairs at home but luckily you do a zipped version so we paid the extra £100 for the service meaning we could still have the mattress we loved.

Sales assistant knew his products well and gave appropriate time to answer our questions. Very helpful.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our queries, gave us information that helped us to choose our product and gave us space when we needed it. Altogether a very satisfying experience.

The delivery drivers were very thoughtful and even removed their shoes on entry to the property

I was buying beds for a caravan and the assistant was very helpful in pointing out the various types of mattresses for comfort and certainly gave lots of information.

The staff were very approachable friendly and very helpful.There was no pressure to buy something I didn't want..The shop was very busy but I wasn'tkept waiting long.

I did not really hv much of an idea about the right mattress and the different types but the assistant explained everything very carefully and made the choosing a lot easier for me

From the moment we entered the store we felt valued as customers. We were given pillows to try out the different bed ratings and offered a drink. The sales assistant​, Carol, gave us loads of information and advice and then left us to try out the beds in our own time.
