Carol approached us as soon as we walked through the door to enquire if we needed any help, which we did. She explained all the colour codes and pointed out the different firmness levels then asked what our needs were. She asked relevant questions as to our sleeping habits, quite discreetly of course, this enabled her to point us in the right direction as to what might be one of the best mattresses for us, also giving us a choice of prices. At no time was she pushy and the whole experience was very pleasant.

the assistant was very friendly and had plenty of knowledge about their products. she explained lots of options and let us make our choice without any pressure, which I like.

It was fairly late evening as we actually went to the diy store then decided to go and have a look .... we found the experience very good ... we were greeted asked what we were looking for- guided in the right direction then left alone to decide. Exactly what we like. If we go in any store where you are basically pounced upon then we tend to walk out . So fantastic.

The lady who assisted me to chiose bed was very confident, she had a lot of knowledge, very approachable and friendly, product was a good price and just what i wanted. An enjoyable experience. Also wasn't pounced upon by stafc as soon as i entered the shop. I was able to have a look at products first.

We did our homework before we went to the Store so we knew roughly what we wanted. We looked at the Reviews on various beds and found most of them very positive. The staff were very attentive. Hopefully when the Bed is delivered we will be equally as pleased.
