All staff were polite and helpful. Did not take long to sort out our order. We choose when we want the mattress delivered. Would recommend to family and friends. Would buy from again.

from the time we entered the store we were re ally impressed the staff were very friendly and helpful w e were offered a drink which was a lovly gesture and we looked round at our own leisure not presureised at all found the matteress we wanted ordering was quick delivery very good and the delivery men were most helpfull and they respected our home by taking their shoes off without being asked to can't fault dreams and will recommend you to our family and friends and best of all we have a really comfortable matters to sleep on well done dreams

The whole process was quick and easy, the staff were helpful and very good at their job, they knew what we were after and saw to our needs as quickly as possible, they also were good with the children, an excellent service and a good experience for all of us

Very pleasant sales assistant guided me to the range of mattresses I was interested in. He gave me the time to try each mattress and answered my questions to the best of his knowledge. Large range to choose from and well displayed. His colleagues were helpful and courteous.

Jerrell was very professional, friendly and personable witohut being pushy. He had the right balance of being there to help and not too pushy or overbearing. The only problem we had was that we wanted a Wash as much as you like" mattress protector and the store didn't have one in stock.
