Dreams - Ipswich

My husband and I had a very enjoyable experience in Dreams when we bought a sofabed. We were given a cup of tea and taken through the financial aspects with professionalism and humour. A very pleasant visit.

Carol who served me took the time to understand my needs and with the assistance of Lynsey problem solved to ensure that I got my order through and got the earliest delivery date. They both spent a lot of time assisting me and did not make me feel rushed and whilst they are both sales people they did not make me pressured. They are both a credit to your company. I haven't received my bed but if I get half the customer service on delivery I will be very happy.

The salesman " Gerrell " was very helpful and informative. The sales transaction was dealt with swiftly.

We were greeted at the store by Harry who showed us the beds which fit the criteria we were looking for.We were not hassled in any way,which is unusual in some stores these days. Once we made our decision,Harry dealt with our purchase in a very efficient manner,he was extremely courteous,and explained delivery etc in absolute detail. From our entering the store to leaving,it was a relaxed experience,especially being looked after by Harry,and we will highly recommend Dreams to friends and family,so a big Thankyou from us both.

Very pleasant and friendly staff member, without being at all pushy or too "in your face". Was happy to present the products I was interested in, and answered all queries I put to him. Left me alone to try them out and was more than happy for me to move the signs out of the way.

Store assistant very friendly and helpful and helped us to choose the correct item to our satisfaction.

The Assistant was very knowledgeable and as I had my Parents with me as well he was able to offer them advice as well

We were given very good information, were not hurries over our choice. The assistant, Susan Joyce, was knowledgable about the products but did not persuade us into our decision, gave us space to decide for ourselves. Was really helpful about all the options we could have gone for and when we decided to purchase dealt with us. In a friendly and helpful manner. Would certainly go back to the store again.
