Sales assistant was friendly, helpful and attentive, and, critically was able to point me to exactly the bed that worked for me. Very pleased with the free delivery although it's a shame I've got to wait 2 weeks for my order to be delivered.

We arrived in the shop, Just to look around for kids beds . We have been welcomed by Harry very promptly. He showed us the cabin beds that he had at the back of the shop . Nothing really caught my eyes . But we handed up trying loads of king size mattresses , always with Harry s help and recommendations. We handed up buying one + a kids mattress (even though we still haven t found the dream bed for our son ) Your colleague ,Harry , has been highly efficient and very friendly and accessible (even though it was the end of the day ) We are looking forward to receiving our goods on Monday (very pleased with such a speedy delivery too !) I saw the mattress I required advertised in a paper. I visited the store and it was readily available for testing. The mattress was less than half price in a sale. The delivery date met my needs and it was delivered within the time window.
