The lady that served as was very pleasant very knowledgeable. and very Efficient I would go back to her and have no hesitation in going back to dreams In the future.

Harry was brilliant. He located what I wanted in record time, was very efficient but also very helpful. In addition to excellent product service, Harry also gave me a bottle of water as I was flagging in extreme heat. Now that's what I call service!

Assistant called Sue was extremely helpful as I had to have a Tempur mattress for my back problem. Everything was explained fully as I made my decision on the specific mattress which was highly important for me. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Greeted by Harry in Ipswich with a warm welcome, offered water as it was hot. Then shown how the store was laid out. Attentive but given our own space to look at things and then ask questions. Also split our order to allow a quicker delivery time on a few urgent items. Great service.

Simple easy, asked if we needed help, but left us alone to look and try and sale processed very quickly. Very friendly staff not in your face.

This was the 3rd visit. First we tried the mattresses to find the most suitable. Then we tried others elsewhere. Each time we spoke to Shane. At no time did we feel pressurised to buy, and were given answers to all our questions, some of which must have appeared quite obvious!!! He was patient and very knowledgeable about the products.
