Dreams - Ipswich

My husband and I went to our local Dreams store with the idea of shopping around there and other stores in the area. We were so impressed with the helpfulness of Carol who helped us immensely. She is knowledgeable and offered advice but was not at all pushy. We were so happy that all ideas of shopping around went out of the window and we were very happy to place a order straight away.

Don't normally do feedback / write reviews . But - this is the 3rd time at Dreams in a year Bought for us and now the gran kids. Very relaxed . Young guy Gerrell is a natural communicator . Really good.

Friendly, helpful and understanding staff that didn't pressurise us at all!

Gerrell was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided the right balance of sales/product knowledge without being pushy. He made us feel at ease when purchasing and gave us confidence to purchase on the day where we would usually go home and consider our options before committing. I would have purchased a mattress online if it were not for his interpersonal skills.

The sales assistant came over to me promptly and was friendly straight away. Helped me find what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the product. Processed my order with efficiency. I would definitely recommend Dreams to others.

We would like to thank Carol from the Ipswich store. She was very welcoming and made us feel at easy as soon as we entered the store. Her knowledge was outstanding and she took her time in finding us the correct mattress. We couldn't fault her.

It was a really hot day and I was grateful we were offered cold bottles of water while we were browsing the store. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cathy knew what sort of thing my son wanted. And both sales ladies were easy going and we had a laugh at the same time.
