We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and offered a drink by the employee called Lynsey. She then asked what we looking for and then showed us the range of items available offering help and support as required, showing a full knowledge of the products available. Once we selected the purchase we required she then took us through each step of the buying process including the delivery date, explaining everything clearly including the various options available including the long term cover and disposal of our existing product (we were also provided with a disposal bag for our exsiting matress). The 40 day returns policy was explained clearly and we were provided with a matress protector and it was made clear that we had to use it in order to meet the requirements of the returns policy. We then paid for our product and left the store feeling that we had received excellent service from the employee and were looking forward to receiving our new matress. A stress free purchase which sadly is not often the case in the UK these days, but which resulted in two happy customers.

Good range of matresses to try , liked the colour system for identifying different types . Carol , the assistant who looked after me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly and highly trained assistant. Quick in pointing Put the type of mattress I was looking for. She demonstrated a high degree of patience and paid attention to my requirements. Finally , with a smile, we did get there.

We were and still are very pleased with the customer service we both experienced from Gerrall today. He took the time to fully understand our wants and needs and recommended a mattress that suited us both. His product knowledge was spot on. He was able to reach a personal level with us yet stay fully professional which made us feel special so thanks again Gerrall (we hope you get to see this).

Very helpful assistant but not too pushy.

The staff were relaxed, helpful but not pushy or over keen. We took a mattress away with us were helped to load it into the car. Carol who served us was very friendly and cheerful.
