The salesman was very helpful and knowledgable without being too pushy. Putting my order through with delivery date and options was quick and easy.

I found the staff at dreams so helpful, I had been to other stores to get quotes before going to dreams and found that i had to really struggle to get any help and even after been told my limit they tried to push for more. When I went into dreams I told the assistant how much I had to spend and they taylor made a bed to suit my pocket and we even got a cup of tea whilst they discussed it with me. I am now taking my dad back on Monday for his new bed, I cant praise your staff enough for the great service, you've got my custom from now on

I was served by carol and Lynsey at your Ipswich store ,the two members of staff were experienced and had great product knowledge and although I had to take measurements I didn't feel,pressured into buying on the first visit

We bought today mattress and its brilliant one , I'm in love already and can't wait till we get delivery . Staff really friendly , our assistant really funny, friendly and try make as felllike at home :) I'm really like Dreams and if u looking better sleep just visit Dreams and they really help u find what u really need .

We were allowed to browse when we came into the store and told to ask when we wanted to know anything specific. The assistant, Carol, was made aware that our present mattress was a very firm one and we certainly did not want another like it! It was not purchased from Dreams 5 years ago!!

From start to finish l was given time to look around and then asked if l needed any advice. Harry was very helpful, explained everything found me the perfect bed and mattress throwing in a few extras e.g. Pillows etc. Delivery following week and will be assembled by delivery men (save my other half cursing) all in all great service. Very happy Lady.

We were given the advice and information we asked for and given plenty of time to wander around, lay on different types of mattress and no one hovered over us or pushed us to make a choice straight away. Clare was very knowledgeable . This was our second visit and one of the reasons we returned was because the staff were so helpful and did not push us to make a decision there and then and we needed time to think and decide on the best option for us.
