Dreams - Ipswich

Very friendly knowledgeable sales assistant. She had the answers to any questions I asked. She was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses I was shown. The assistant was very pleasant at all times. I have no problem with recommending Dreams - in fact I have already told three of my friends who are looking to purchase a bed/mattress. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

The showroom when we arrived was tidy and we were entering by Carol (In the Ipswich Branch) and she remained with us until we had found what we were looking for. Well done

We explained what we wanted and the assistant listened and showed us what was available, we were then left to wander at our leisure and make our choice, we were also offered a beverage while we were making our decision, staff were polite and friendly.

So quick. Knowledgeable sales person. Not pushy, which was lovely. Speedy ordering and very quick free delivery.

Our visit from start to finish was very satisfactory . The staff were very attentive and curtious. The quality of all products is high. We were encouraged try all the mattresses until found one that was right for us. When we did, purchasing it and having it delivered was easy, they helped us get rid of old mattress. Overall a very pleasing visit.
