The saleswoman was very helpful and not at all pushy . Which is a change from the usual high street retailers. Very pleased with the overall experience

My partner and I had no idea what we wanted when we went in. Within half an hour we knew exactly what we wanted. The Gel Mattress is perfect for our needs. Carol was amazing. So friendly, an not at all pushy, unlike other stores we had been to. We went away to think about it over the weekend, returning a couple of days later knowing both the service and product was exactly what we were looking for. Can not wait to receive our new bed.... In only two weeks. A very happy customer.

Dreams are a reputable company and we have used them before.

Our assistant, Carol, was not remotely pushy and didn't try and oversell anything. She offered us the advice we needed, and gave us lots of information on the products whilst at the same time giving us time to browse and come to a decision ourselves. She was able to perfectly balance our needs with our budget, and didn't mess us around at all.

I was given the information I needed and wasn't pressured into buying which is exactly what I experiencing at bensons for beds next door to dreams!

The Lasy who served us Susan was very friendly and helpful. She told us information about the products and let us try them out. She even let us try different pillows to get the full effect of the beds. She was very patient and offered us tea and coffee which was a nice touch.

In and out quick, although we were the annoying customers that turned up 15 minutes before closing they still had time for us and although I am sure they wanted to lock up and go home I didn't get that impression

This was the third store that we had visited looking for a new base and the only one where excellent attention and knowledge secured an order

I bought a bed and mattress at dreams 2 years ago and was totally satisfied with the service I got in the shop and my purchase so I returned to buy the same product for my son
