We were very pleased with the sales assistant Sue as she was not pushy,just really helpful.She gave us time to discuss which bed we would like.Helped us look through beds that were not in store on the large computer in store,fetched us a coffee.It was just a pleasant experience all round.

Even though the exact product wasn't in store, Gerrell help explain the options and showed us the products that were similar.

Staff were attentive and offered advice but also gave us time to browse and try out mattresses. Extremely pleasant staff and good knowledge of products.

This was our first time shopping for a mattress and we found the sales staff very knowledgeable but not in the slightest bit pushy. This was an important factor to us and so we were extremely happy to be free to try the products whilst having knowledge right there if we needed it. A pushy salesman would have meant we went away, it we ended up only shopping in this one store And finalising our purchase there and then. Very pleased and will recommend to friends and family because of this.

Gerrell showed us where the beds were once we had taken the time to tell him what we were looking for. We quickly found what we needed and then Gerrell came over and outlined our options and base colours. We made our choice and our order was dealt with in a very efficient manner, whilst outlining delivery options and details and also the option of having our current bed collected for disposal.

Found the options available to us within our budget, able to test the products before ordering and found the assistance given very useful
