The assistance was excellent we were left to wander and look as we needed but watchful assistance were available as soon as we needed them with help and advice, generally a very good attitude.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and after listening to our needs helped us in choosing a bed that was right for us.

The assistant was attentive without being pushy, and left us time to try out the beds by ourselves, which we were happy to do and preferred. He fetched extra pillows for us to try out sitting up in the beds, and served tea and coffee. Again, not in a pushy way.
