Attentive staff, explained difference between mattresses, understood our needs, friendly, no rushing

Harjit was was very welcoming and patient with my requirements, especially as I hadn't bought a bed etc for about 30 years. Having explained things to me he gave me all the time I needed to make my choice but he was always there to answer question on things I was't sure about. On top of that he gave me a cup of tea as soon as we met. Harjit is a very pleasant man to deal with.

Not pressured to buy something more expensive. Knew what we want, asked for advice and made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout.
