Gerrell is an absolute asset to your store He was very polite and not pushy when I first went into store and wanted to just look on my own. Then when I found myself over whelmed by the choice he soon helped me and was extremely accommodating to the fact I had two young children in tow. He went Thru all my options and made it a pleasureable experience My next visit was fleeting but Gerrell and his female colleague answered my question with a friendly smile Then my third visit and purchase was an absolute pleasure having asked for gerrell he then completed the sale on a completely different bed to quoted. Making sure the sale was completed and delivery arranged to suit me. It felt like we had a friendly conversation without once me feeling pushed into a sale. I was planning on buying on the internet and gerrell (and a sale sign) made me happily purchase with you. He deserves a bonus and a pat on the back

I hate shopping me and my girlfriend walked in we’re immediately seen to and we were given plenty of information and advise, this advise helped me quickly choose what product I wanted and was not sat down long before the whole process was complete, I was also over the moon that you do military discount this also made our trip that much better

Staff were knowledgable about products and left us to try the beds which was good for us. Then the order was quickly processed and as for the date for delivery we were given several dates and we we able to select one that suited us best.

Gerrell was incredibly helpful, he wasn't at all pushy, but was able to sell us a product that we wanted in a very professional and pleasant manner. His knowledge of products was great and even sold us two cool pillows as we had said that we were particularly hot sleepers. Both Gerrell and his female colleague demonstrated professionalism and a genuine willingness to help, we were also offered refreshments, which we thought was a nice touch.

This was my first time buying a new product as I've always gone second hand, it's also my first time buying items of this value myself as I'm moving out from home. I wasn't sure what to expect but the staff were very helpful and recognised any issues I had and addressed them. I felt reassured and very confident buying this product
