Everyone in the store was helpful. Harry was very knowledgeable about the products we were buying. Wasn't pushy and gave us space to consider our purchase whilst being available when needed. The coffee was a nice touch.

I visited the store having decided that my bad back may be improved by a change of mattress. The service offered by Sue was great. She guided me to the products I needed and let me make my mind out about what I should have. Nothing was too much trouble. Her and her other colleague in the store were both very friendly and helpful.
